Returns Policy and Trading Terms
Products are not returnable. If Maxxum Pty Ltd elects to take back any Product it must be in a new and saleable condition and upon terms agreed. A re-stocking fee of not less than 20% of the invoice value will apply.
If the product/s selected is/are deemed to be DOA, you must notify Maxxum Pty Ltd within 3 days of receiving the goods for replacement or refund. Refunds will only be offered once the item is inspected and deemed DOA by Maxxum Pty Ltd Staff.
For goods deemed faulty after 3 days from receiving will be repaired under warranty.
Maxxum Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for damage done by any freight company Maxxum Pty Ltd uses to freight goods.
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however Maxxum Pty Ltd carriers may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products. Goods can also be picked up via an appointment at 88 Enterprise Way, Sunshine West, Melbourne, Victoria.
How and when we deliver
All deliveries are made 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by Maxxum Pty Ltd chosen carriers. For orders placed before 2.00pm on a weekday, we will endeavour to ship same day.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State; 7-14 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
During peak periods, the delivery may take up to 14 working days.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.
