The Haida M10 Black Mist Filters are designed especially for the Haida M10 Filter Holder as a drop in filter. This filter helps to reduce the value of highlights and at the same time slightly lower the overall contrast. This filter is particularly useful for smoothing and softening facial wrinkles and other blemishes. In contrast to a conventional diffusion or soft focus filter, Black Mist filters offer little loss of detail in the entire image. The 1/8 density offers less contrast and light reduction than the 1/4 density while still allowing a soft, pastel-like quality of light.
