B+W Master 010 UV MRC Nano Filters
The Master 010 UV Haze MRC Nano Filters from B+W blocks UV light, which can cause blurring and a blueish cast. An invisible component of daylight, UV light is more intense in pure sea air and high mountain regions. This filter is color-neutral and can be kept on your lens even when you don't need it, simply to protect the front of the lens. The filter element is made of glass and is highly transparent.
Featuring B+W's MRC nano coating, the filter has extremely low reflective qualities. The optical information remains unaffected when it reaches the image sensor. The hydrophobic coating reduces the adhesion tendency of dirt particles and water droplets. With MRC nano coating, a water droplet remains practically spherical. It rolls over the surface, and a first-rate dirt- and water-repellent effect occurs. With its low-profile design, the UV Haze 010 MRC MASTER Filter is compatible with lenses as wide as 17mm on full-frame cameras and 10mm on APS-C format cameras.
